Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Smartclubhub may issue refunds for services purchased through our platform at smartclubhub.net. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. General Principles

Smartclubhub is committed to delivering high-quality website copywriting and mentorship services. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if one or more of the following conditions apply:

2.1 Service Not Delivered

If a purchased service was not delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at the point of sale, and no alternative arrangement was offered or accepted, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Material Deficiency

If the delivered work contains material errors or substantially fails to meet the agreed scope of work as documented at the time of purchase, you may request a revision or, where revision is not feasible, a partial or full refund.

2.3 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

3.1 Change of Mind

Refunds are not available where you have simply changed your mind after purchase, no longer require the service, or have found an alternative provider.

3.2 Work Already Delivered

Once a deliverable has been completed and provided to you in its agreed form, it is considered fulfilled. Refunds are not available for completed work unless a material deficiency is demonstrated.

3.3 Partial Use of Service

If a service has been partially used, accessed, or consumed, refunds will not be issued for the portion already rendered.

3.4 Failure to Provide Required Information

If delays or non-delivery result from your failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will not be issued.

3.5 Dissatisfaction with Style or Preference

Subjective dissatisfaction with tone, style, or creative direction — where the work meets the agreed brief — does not constitute grounds for a refund. We encourage clients to communicate preferences clearly before work commences.

4. Refund Request Process

4.1 How to Submit a Request

To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@smartclubhub.net with the subject line Refund Request. Include your full name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, your order or invoice reference, and a clear description of the reason for your request.

4.2 Review Period

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days of receiving all required information.

4.3 Additional Information

We may request supporting documentation or clarification to assess your claim. Failure to provide requested information within 7 days may result in your request being closed.

5. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be returned using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless an alternative is agreed upon in writing. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically take between 5 and 14 business days to appear in your account. Smartclubhub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Raising a chargeback without first seeking resolution through our support process may result in the suspension of your account and access to services while the matter is under review.

7. Revisions as an Alternative to Refunds

Where a refund is not warranted but a service has not fully met expectations, we may offer one or more rounds of revision at no additional cost. Our team will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome before a refund is considered.

8. Subscription and Ongoing Services

8.1 Cancellation

If you are enrolled in a recurring or subscription-based service, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of an active billing period.

8.2 Early Termination

If a fixed-term arrangement is terminated early at your request, fees already paid for work scheduled or in progress are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Smartclubhub reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
